Founded as a retail store at Mattancherry in 1952 by late Mr. R.M.Desai the group has expanded into a multi location business in Kerala with branches and warehouses at Cochin, Ernakulam, Calicut, Kunnamkulam, Coimbatore and Bangalore. Reputed Indian Paper Mills like Andhra Paper Mills (now International Papers APPM Limited), West Coast Paper Mills Limited, Tamilnadu Newsprint Limited, J.K., Paper Limited, Ballarpur Industries Limited are dealt in these locationsThe group is currently headed by Mr. V.R. Desai.
The Group is also importing paper from reputed International Paper Mills like Asia Pulp and Paper, Indonesia, Gold East Paper Company,China, P.T.Pindo Deli Pulp and Paper Mills, Indonesia etc.
